Witches & Wicked Bodies is an exhibition showcasing our perception of witchcraft and the themes surrounding it. Embracing the eerie, unfamiliar aspects of witchcraft I chose to create a narrative surrounding distortion. This theme was represented through a progression of levels, altering the artwork more intensely as a visitor has more contact with the exhibit. In my spacial design, I aimed to create an intense experience that changes the gallery space into a part of the exhibition, with experiemental lighting, projections and materials to further build on the unsettling nature of witchcraft.
